How to receive a money transfer
Visit our location in Provo.
Tell us which service you are receiving money from and information specific to that service, show us a photo ID, and sign for the transfer.
Pay for any relevant fees. These fees will come out of the money you receive.
How to send a money transfer
Visit our location in Provo with a photo ID ready.
Tell us which service you would like to send money through, and some information about yourself and the person you are sending money to.
Pay the money you would like to send and relevant fees. You will be given a tracking number to help you know when the other person has received the money transfer.
